1. About These Terms

This website is operated by LeeWap ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Using Our Store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security or operation.

3. Products and Descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly. If something you receive doesn't match its description, our Refund Policy covers you.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal and our other payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

7. Product Use

Please read and follow all instructions, warnings and age recommendations that come with your products. Wellness, beauty and massage products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Talk to a healthcare professional if you have health concerns.

8. Reviews and Comments

If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them to promote our store. Please keep them honest and respectful. We may remove content that's offensive, misleading or unlawful.

9. Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, graphics and our logo, belongs to LeeWap or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LeeWap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
