Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman).

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times
- United States: typically 7–12 business days after shipping
- Canada: typically 8–15 business days
- Australia, New Zealand & Gulf countries: typically 10–18 business days
These are estimates. Holidays, weather and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Multiple Packages
If you order several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking for each one.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after you get your shipping email. If it hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost, Damaged or Late Orders
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
