At LeeWap, we partner with international fulfillment suppliers to offer a wide variety of products at competitive prices. Because products are shipped directly from our supplier network, our return and refund process follows the conditions outlined below.

By placing an order with LeeWap, you agree to this policy.


1. Return & Refund Window

Customers must contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery to request a refund, replacement, or resend.

Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible.

All requests must be submitted via email to:

2. Eligible Situations

We may offer a refund, replacement, or resend under the following circumstances:

A. Item Not Delivered

You may qualify if:

  • Tracking shows no delivery confirmation

  • The order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe

Proof may be required, including tracking screenshots or confirmation from the carrier.

Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or international logistics do not automatically qualify for refunds.


B. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue are required

  • Packaging and product condition must be visible

Based on verification, we may provide:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund (at our discretion)


C. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and your order number

We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.


3. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or returns are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or variation selected by the customer

  • Minor cosmetic variations or packaging damage

  • Slight color differences due to screen display

  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier unless clear evidence of delivery failure is provided

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Refused delivery

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Failure to collect from local post office

  • Customs delays or carrier-related delays

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases


4. Return & Replacement Process

Due to international shipping logistics and supplier limitations, physical returns to overseas warehouses are generally not required.

If your request is approved, we may:

  • Issue a replacement

  • Issue a partial or full refund

  • Offer store credit

  • Instruct you to keep or dispose of the item

Physical returns will only be requested in rare cases and must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If a physical return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.


5. Supplier & Carrier Limitations

LeeWap works with international suppliers and third-party shipping carriers. In certain destinations, supplier dispute processes or carrier liability coverage may be limited or unavailable.

In such cases:

  • Refunds, replacements, or reshipments may be provided at LeeWap’s discretion

  • Additional verification may be required

  • Alternative resolutions such as partial refunds or store credit may be offered

LeeWap reserves the right to determine the final resolution based on supplier feedback, carrier confirmation, product category, order value, and evidence provided.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before processing.

Processing typically begins within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


7. Shipping Time & Delivery Expectations

Estimated delivery times are provided on product pages. Delivery timeframes may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • High-demand seasons

  • International logistics conditions

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.


8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unnecessary or fraudulent chargebacks may result in order investigation and account restriction.


9. Policy Agreement
