📄 Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

LeeWap provides a product sourcing and delivery service.

All products are sourced from third-party suppliers on your behalf. As a result, returns, refunds, and replacements are handled based on the nature of the issue and supplier conditions.

 


 

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The item is not delivered

 


 

Reporting Timeframes

To be eligible for a resolution:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
    Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Non-delivery issues:
    Must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video evidence (for damaged/incorrect items)

 


 

Non-Delivery

If your item does not arrive:

  • We will investigate with the shipping provider

  • If the item is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued

 


 

Returns

Due to supplier-based fulfillment, returns are not automatically accepted for all items.

Returns may be approved only when:

  • Required by the supplier

  • Necessary to resolve a verified issue

If a return is approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs

 


 

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or variation selected

  • Minor differences in color or appearance

  • Shipping delays within the estimated timeframe

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

 


 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed.

Once an order has been submitted to the supplier, cancellation may not be possible.

 


 

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

 


 

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the stated timeframes:

May still be reviewed; however, resolution is not guaranteed and will depend on supplier policies.

 


 

Our Role

LeeWap acts as a service provider that:

  • Sources products on your behalf

  • Coordinates with suppliers

  • Arranges delivery

We are not the manufacturer of the products.

We make reasonable efforts to resolve issues, but final outcomes may depend on supplier decisions and shipping conditions.
